Information we collect

• Contact, delivery and billing information needed to process an order.
• Products, sizes, colourways, notes, payment status and order history.
• Email address and consent record when you ask to receive marketing messages.
• Basket, visitor-authentication and consent preferences stored on your device.

Why we use it

We use order information to perform our contract with you, deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud and meet accounting or legal duties. Marketing messages are sent only with consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Who receives it

We use Wix to operate the cart, hosted checkout and order system; payment providers selected in Wix to process payment; delivery providers to fulfil orders; and Spotify only when you permit optional media. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Retention and your rights

We retain order records only as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, customer service, tax, fraud prevention and legal claims. Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookie policy

Our rules cover cookies and similar storage technologies, including browser local storage.

Essential storage

• Wix visitor and basket data: keeps your selected products connected to the secure checkout.
• Consent preference: remembers whether you accepted optional media.
• Order handover: may temporarily retain confirmation details so the thank-you page can display the relevant order.

These functions are required to provide the shop or remember your privacy choice.

Optional media

The Spotify album player is disabled until you accept optional media. If enabled, Spotify may store or access information on your device and receive technical information such as your IP address. You can withdraw permission at any time through Cookie settings.

Current categories

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this storefront. If that changes, this notice and the consent choices must be updated before those technologies are enabled.

Products and orders

Product photographs and colours are shown as accurately as reasonably possible, but screens can vary. An order is accepted when checkout confirms it. If an item is unavailable or a clear pricing error occurred, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the affected item.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge, tax or duty shown at checkout forms part of the total. Payment is handled through the payment options presented by Wix checkout; card details do not pass through this storefront.

Pre-orders and personalised products

Estimated dispatch information for pre-orders is provided before purchase and may differ from stocked items. A product is not automatically exempt from cancellation merely because it is made after ordering. The cancellation exception is relied on only where an item is genuinely made to the customer’s specification or clearly personalised.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsafe goods.

Delivery, cancellations & returns

Delivery

Current estimates are 3–5 working days for the UK, 5–10 for Europe and 7–14 for the rest of the world after dispatch. Pre-order timing is stated separately. Tracking is emailed when available. Unless a different period is agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days.

Your cancellation right

For eligible goods bought online, tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Email YorubaHealer@gmail.com with your name, order number, items and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are made within 14 days after the returned goods arrive or you provide evidence of return, using the original payment method. Standard outbound delivery is refunded where required. You may be responsible for return postage if this was explained before purchase. A deduction may be made for handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop.

Exceptions and faulty goods

Cancellation rights may not apply to goods genuinely made to your specification or clearly personalised. This does not remove your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described. Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where helpful.
